Where's Topper? is a upbeat musical comedy that follows the "life" and "afterlife" of free spirited Gail Richards. After her mysterious death, Gail enlists the help of middle-aged Cosmo Topper, an unhappy married man, who needs some adventure in his life but doesn't know it. Follow Gail, Topper and a wacky cast of characters in this fast-paced, who-dun-it, musical comedy.

Gail Richards: Attractive female 20's to 30's. Fun loving and carefree. Must be able to tap.
Ann Carrington: Pretty female in her 20's. Shy and reserved.
Eddie: Male 30's to 40's. The Topper's chauffer. Nervous fellow.
Bob: Male 20's to 30's. Bumbulling cabby who falls in love with Ann.
Sgt. Roberts: Male 40's to 50's. Arrogant detective.
Mrs. Topper: Female 40's to 50's. Not too bright. Very dimwitted.
Mr. Carrington: Male 50's to 60's. Distinguished father of Ann,
Lillian: Female in her 40's. Head housekeeper for the Carrington estate. Very dark and morbid.
